113 Proceeding at hearing on defendant’s confession
If the defendant is present at the hearing, the substance of the
information must be stated to the defendant, and the defendant must
be asked if the defendant has any cause to show why the defendant
should not be convicted or why an order should not be made against
the defendant, and if the defendant has no cause to show, the court
may convict the defendant, or make an order against the defendant
