111 Adjournment if defendant does not appear
(a) the defendant does not appear before the court for the hearing of
the information; and
(b) the court has issued a warrant for the defendant’s arrest.
(2) The court must adjourn the hearing until the defendant is arrested.
(3) If the defendant is arrested under the warrant, the defendant must be
detained in custody until the defendant can be brought before the
court at a time and place fixed by the court.
(4) The court must give the informant notice of the time and place fixed.
