106 Giving depositions etc to director of public prosecutions
(1) If a defendant is committed for trial or for sentence, the court must as
soon as possible after the conclusion of the case before it, give to the
director of public prosecutions or a person authorised by the director
of public prosecutions all informations, examinations, depositions,
statements, bail undertakings and other documents sworn taken or
acknowledged in the case.
depositions means a certified copy of depositions.
statement includes a certified copy of the statement (if any) made by
a defendant in reply to the question mentioned in section 91 (1).
