105A Meaning of certified copy of depositions in div 3.5.6 certified copy, of depositions, means— (a) if a record of the deposition was made in accordance with section 316 (2)—a transcript of the record certified in accordance with section 314 (2); or (b) if the depositions were taken down in writing and signed in accordance with section 316 (3)—the depositions as taken down and signed.
