104 Signature of magistrate—notice to witnesses
Every such recognisance must be duly acknowledged by every person
who enters into it, and must be subscribed by the magistrate before
whom it is acknowledged, and a notice of it signed by the magistrate
must at the same time be given to every person bound by it.
