Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
Fishers holding a concession for the Bass Strait Central Zone scallop fishery had to keep specific paperwork: a daily fishing log (Form SCA01A), a catch disposal document on landing (Form SESS2A), and a transit form (Form CTF) when making multiple deliveries to a licensed receiver. The form formats were published in the Commonwealth Gazette on 15 June 2011 and the rule expired on 31 December 2015. These records were used to monitor catch and compliance.
