This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\nPeriod of Application\n\n3. This Determination expires on 31st December 2015 and unless further re-determined prior to that date any logbook herein, must not thereafter be used.","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Interpretation","sectionType":"division","heading":"Interpretation","content":"### Interpretation\n\n4. Holders of fishing concessions granted for the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery must keep and maintain the following logbooks, containing information in respect of their activities in accordance with the instructions in that logbook:\n\n1.  Commonwealth Scallop Daily Fishing Log SCA01A; and\n\nCommonwealth Catch Disposal Document SESS2A.\n\nb. For all concession holders transporting fish in greater than one consignment to be received by a person granted a Commonwealth Fish Receiver Permit:\n\nCommonwealth Managed Fisheries Transit Form CTF\n\nForm & Content\n\n6.
