3 Transfer of land to Dorset Council

(1)  The land situated at Banca Road, Winnaleah, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 208925, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.

(2)  The land situated at Golconda Road, Lietinna, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 143273, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.

(3)  The land situated at Gladstone Road, Pioneer, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 207101, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.

(4)  The land situated at Scott Street, Branxholm, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 164944, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.

(5)  The land situated at West Maurice Road, Ringarooma, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 207125, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.

(6)  The land situated at Mathinna Plains Road, Ringarooma, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 210055, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.

(7)  The land situated at Boobyalla Road, Boobyalla, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 121393, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.
