4 Number of councillors for Kentish Council
(1) The total number of persons to be elected as councillors in the municipal area of Kentish is 9 on and after the day on which the certificate of election is issued in respect of the election of councillors to be held in October 2005.
(2) The number of persons referred to in subclause (1) is to be achieved by reducing from 5 to 4 the number of persons to be elected as councillors at the election to be held in October 2005.
