2 Commencement
(1) Clauses 1, 3 and 4 and this clause take effect on the day on which the making of this order is notified in the Gazette.
(2) Clause 5 and Schedule 1 take effect on the day on which the certificate of election is issued in respect of the election of councillors for the municipal area of Kentish to be held in October 2005.
