#### 78 Public notice of approval 78 Public notice of approval > > (1) For the purposes of section 675 of the Act, the prescribed manner of giving public notice of the granting of an approval is to publish the notice— > > > > > (a) on the website of the council, and > > > > > (b) in any other manner that the council considers necessary to bring it to the attention of members of the public in the area of the council. > > > (2) For the purposes of section 675 of the Act, the prescribed form of public notice of the granting of an approval is a form that includes— > > > > > (a) a precise indication of the location of any place in relation to which the approval is granted (for example, the address of the place and any other description to help a reader identify the place) and a brief description of the subject-matter of the approval, and > > > > > (b) a statement setting out where a record of the approval is available for inspection.
