#### 76 Form of application for accreditation of components, processes, designs or temporary structures 76 Form of application for accreditation of components, processes, designs or temporary structures > For the purposes of Division 5 of Part 1 of Chapter 7 of the Act, an application for the accreditation of a component, process, design or temporary structure must— > > > (a) be in writing, and > > > (b) include a description of the component, process, design or temporary structure to which it relates, and > > > (c) be accompanied by a copy of a certificate of accreditation issued by the Building Regulations Advisory Committee (within the meaning of the Building Act 1993 of Victoria), if it is so accredited, or if it is not, documentary evidence of any test procedures, results, performances or appraisals relevant to the proposed accreditation that have been obtained from a recognised appraisal body.
