421 Designation of rural and remote councils—the Act, Schedule 8, clause 1

The Electoral Commissioner may take the action the Commissioner considers reasonably necessary to prepare for the election of the elected councillors of a rural and remote council before the designation of the council as a rural and remote council takes effect under the Act, Schedule 11, clause 3(3).
