418 Application of division
For the Act, Schedule 8, clause 140(3)(b), this division applies to a de-amalgamation proposal if—
(a) a written business case for the proposal was submitted to the Minister under the former section 218CC, and
(b) when the amending Act commenced, the Boundaries Commission had not provided a report on the proposal to the Minister.
