413G Designation of Central Darling Shire Council as rural and remote council—the Act, Schedule 11, clauses 3 and 5

(1) Central Darling Shire Council is designated as a rural and remote council.

(2) The designation under this section ends on the day that is 10 years after the day this section commences.

(3) Central Darling Shire Council must have of 6 councillors, consisting of—

(a) 1 councillor elected from each ward in the Council’s area, and

(b) 3 councillors appointed by the Minister in accordance with the Act, Schedule 11, clause 9.

Note—

When this regulation was made, Central Darling Shire Council had 3 wards.
