#### 413 Parking and related offences for purposes of the Act, section 694 413 Parking and related offences for purposes of the Act, section 694 > Any offence for which a penalty notice may for the time being be served under section 195 of the [Road Transport Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-018) by a Class 10 officer referred to in Schedule 4 to the [Road Transport (General) Regulation 2021](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2021-0487) is declared to be a parking or related offence for the purposes of section 694 of the Act. > > Note. > > The [Road Transport (General) Regulation 2021](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2021-0487) defines the expression Class 10 officer and lists the offences for which a penalty notice may be served by such an officer.
