413 Parking and related offences for purposes of the Act, section 694

413 Parking and related offences for purposes of the Act, section 694

Any offence for which a penalty notice may for the time being be served under section 195 of the Road Transport Act 2013 by a Class 10 officer referred to in Schedule 4 to the Road Transport (General) Regulation 2021 is declared to be a parking or related offence for the purposes of section 694 of the Act.

Note.

The Road Transport (General) Regulation 2021 defines the expression Class 10 officer and lists the offences for which a penalty notice may be served by such an officer. By operation of this section, any offence in that list is a parking or related offence for the purposes of section 694 of the Act.
