#### 397L Financial contributions by member councils 397L Financial contributions by member councils > > (1) For the purposes of section 400ZF of the Act, each member council of the joint organisation is to make an annual financial contribution to the joint organisation. > > > (2) The joint organisation is to determine the amount of the annual contribution in accordance with the methodology adopted by the board in the charter. > > > (3) The joint organisation may from time to time determine that additional financial contributions are to be made by any or all of the member councils. > > > (4) A financial contribution of a member council under this section may be in the form of a monetary payment or in any other form agreed by the joint organisation with the member council. > > > (5) A joint organisation must consult with the member councils about proposed financial contributions.
