#### 33 Waste treatment devices 33 Waste treatment devices > > (1) It is a condition of an approval to install, construct or alter a mechanical device that treats waste by compaction, shredding or other means that this section is complied with. > > > (2) An occupier of premises on which waste is deposited must comply with any directions given by the council from time to time as to the use of the device. > > > (3) The waste treatment device and any part of the premises on which it is situated that is used in connection with the device must be maintained in a sanitary condition.
