320 Receipt of postal ballot-papers

(1) If the returning officer receives an envelope containing or purporting to contain a postal ballot-paper before 6pm on the 13th day, or for a rural and remote council on the 20th day, following election day, the officer is to make an appropriate record of the receipt of the envelope.

(2) The returning officer is to place the envelope unopened in the postal ballot-box.
