#### 23 Diagrams of sewerage or stormwater drainage work 23 Diagrams of sewerage or stormwater drainage work > > (1) It is a condition of an approval referred to in item 4 or 5 of Part B of the Table to section 68 of the Act that, if the activity approved is carried out on private premises, the person who carries out the activity must provide to the council a diagram of any drains installed in accordance with the approval. > > > (2) Such a diagram must show— > > > > > (a) the level of the drains in relation to the sewer main junction and the finished ground level, and > > > > > (b) the distances from the drains to the nearest boundaries of, and buildings on, the premises. > > > (3) This section does not apply in respect of any activity that is plumbing and drainage work within the meaning of the [Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2011-059).
