#### 16A Approvals for water supply or sewerage work subject to compliance with Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011, standards and requirements 16A Approvals for water supply or sewerage work subject to compliance with [Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2011-059), standards and requirements > It is a condition of an approval allowing water supply or sewerage work that the activity approved, and any building or work associated or carried out in connection with the activity, complies with— > > > (a) any applicable requirements of the [Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2011-059) or the regulations made under that Act, and > > > (b) any applicable standards or requirements set out or referred to in this Regulation or any other regulation under the Act or the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203).
