#### 150 Inspection of drainage diagrams 150 Inspection of drainage diagrams > An owner or occupier of land affected by the installation of drains in accordance with an approval referred to in item 4 or 5 of Part B of the Table to section 68 of the Act (or any other person with the written permission of such an owner) is entitled to inspect, during the council’s office hours, any diagrams of those drains provided to the council as a condition of the approval.
