140 Application of the Act, Chapter 6, Part 3, Division 2 to City of Hawkesbury
(1) For the Act, section 56(3), the land within the City of Hawkesbury area identified on the Windsor Sewerage Scheme Map is prescribed.
(2) In this section—
Windsor Sewerage Scheme Map means the Windsor Sewerage Scheme Map, a public survey, identified as PP5506 and kept in the register of public surveys under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002.
