#### 136M Mandatory requirements of guidelines 136M Mandatory requirements of guidelines > Sections 4–7 of the guidelines made under section 54Q of the Act and published in the Gazette on 18 February 2011 are adopted as mandatory requirements. > > Note. > > A council must comply with any mandatory requirements of the guidelines in exercising its functions under Part 2A of Chapter 6 of the Act.
