136M Mandatory requirements of guidelines
Sections 4–7 of the guidelines made under section 54Q of the Act and published in the Gazette on 18 February 2011 are adopted as mandatory requirements.
Note.
A council must comply with any mandatory requirements of the guidelines in exercising its functions under Part 2A of Chapter 6 of the Act.
