2 Commencement
(1) Clauses 1 , 3 and 4 and this clause take effect on the day on which the making of this order is notified in the Gazette.
(2) Clause 5(1) takes effect on the day on which the certificate of election is issued in respect of the election of councillors for the municipal area of Burnie to be held in October 2002.
(3) [Clause 2 Subclause (3) amended by S.R. 2004, No. 113, Applied:08 Dec 2004] Clause 5(2) takes effect on the day on which the certificate of election is issued in respect of the election of councillors for the municipal area of Burnie to be held in October 2005.
