sec.59 Giving registration information
This section applies to a person who is a fuel seller on the day (the commencement day ) this section commences. The fuel seller must give the fuel seller’s registration information, in the approved form, to the chief executive within 1 month after the commencement day, unless the fuel seller has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 59 ins 2015 No. 31 s 9 (sec.59-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who is a fuel seller on the day (the commencement day ) this section commences.
