sec.58 Application of particular provisions to sale of petrol or petrol-biobased petrol blend by fuel wholesalers
This section applies until the start of— the day on which a percentage is prescribed for section 35B(3), definition wholesale percentage ; or if the day mentioned in paragraph (a) is not the first day of a calendar quarter—the first day of the next calendar quarter. Sections 35B, 35E and 35F do not apply to the sale of petrol or petrol-biobased petrol blend by a fuel wholesaler. s 58 ins 2015 No. 31 s 9 (sec.58-ssec.1) This section applies until the start of— the day on which a percentage is prescribed for section 35B(3), definition wholesale percentage ; or if the day mentioned in paragraph (a) is not the first day of a calendar quarter—the first day of the next calendar quarter. (sec.58-ssec.2) Sections 35B, 35E and 35F do not apply to the sale of petrol or petrol-biobased petrol blend by a fuel wholesaler.
