sec.56 Injunctions against Minister excluded
Except where this Act expressly provides for the review of a decision of the Minister no action shall lie to compel the Minister or the Minister’s delegate to take or to restrain the Minister from taking any action under or for the purposes of this Act. s 56 amd 2009 No. 24 s 618
