sec.54 Averment provision
In a complaint in respect of an offence against this Act an averment that a substance to which the complaint relates is liquid fuel of a particular kind shall be accepted as proof of the fact averred in the absence of proof to the contrary. s 54 amd 1988 No. 13 s 7
