36 Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction It is the intention of this section to alter or vary section 85 of the **Constitution Act 1975** to the extent necessary to prevent the Supreme Court entertaining a proceeding to which section 20A (as in force after the commencement of the **Limitation of Actions (Amendment) Act 1993**) applies that is brought after the expiration of the period referred to in that section, or making an Order of a kind referred to in subsection (4) of that section. S. 37 inserted by No. 120/1993 s. 78.
