### 7 Contribution between tortfeasors
> > (1) [*\[Section 7 Subsection (1) amended by No. 43 of 2006, s. 37, Applied:18 Dec 2006\]*](/view/html/inforce/2006-12-18/act-2006-043#GS37@Hpa@EN) Where an action is brought against a person in respect of any damage nothing in this Act shall be taken to prejudice or affect the operation of the [Wrongs Act 1954](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1954-014) in relation to an action for contribution in respect of that damage.
