> > (1) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of—

> > > (a) section 45C of the [Real Property Act 1900](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1900-025),
> >
> > > (b) section 13.1 of the [Crown Land Management Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2016-058), or
> >
> > > (c) subsection (2) of section 50 of the [Conveyancing Act 1919](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1919-006).

> > (2) This Act has effect subject to section 12A of the [Dust Diseases Tribunal Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-063) and clause 7 of Schedule 3 to that Act.
