77 Rules of Court
> > (1) Rules of court may be made under the [Supreme Court Act 1970](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1970-052) in relation to the practice and procedure of the Supreme Court in proceedings under this Act.

> > (2) Rules of court may be made under the [District Court Act 1973](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1973-009) in relation to the practice and procedure of the District Court in proceedings under this Act.
>
> > (3) Rules of court may be made under the [Local Court Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-093) in relation to the practice and procedure of the Local Court (in its exercise of jurisdiction under Part 3 of the [Local Court Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-093)) in proceedings under this Act.
