#### 69 Interpretation 69 Interpretation > > (1) In this Division, the expression provisions for arbitration means— > > > > > (a) the provisions of an agreement to refer present or future differences to arbitration, whether an arbitrator is named in the agreement or not, and > > > > > (b) the provisions of any Act regulations rules by-laws order or scheme requiring or permitting the determination of any matter by arbitration or relating to such an arbitration. > > > (2) Where the provisions for arbitration are or include the provisions of any Act regulations by-laws order or scheme, this Division has effect subject to the latter provisions. > > **s 69:** Am 1984 No 167, Sch 1.
