93 LTCS guidelines (1) The LTCS commissioner may make LTCS guidelines about any matter required or permitted by this Act to be included in the (2) The LTCS guidelines may make provision in relation to any matter required or permitted by this Act. (3) The LTCS guidelines may apply, adopt or incorporate an instrument, as in force from time to time. Note A reference to an instrument includes a reference to a provision of an instrument (see Legislation Act, s 14 (2)). (4) The Legislation Act, section 47 (5) and (6) does not apply to an instrument mentioned in subsection (3). Note An instrument applied, adopted or incorporated by the LTCS guidelines does not need to be notified under the Legislation Act because s 47 (6) does not apply (see Legislation Act, s 47 (7)). (5) An LTCS guideline is a disallowable instrument.
