sec.8 Role of members
The role of the members includes the following— being responsible for the board’s management; ensuring, as far as possible, the board achieves, and acts in accordance with, its strategic and operational plans; accounting to the Minister for the board’s performance; ensuring the board otherwise performs its functions in a proper, effective and efficient way. s 8 sub 1997 No. 79 s 7
