sec.75 Protection from liability of members
A member is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act. If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member, the liability attaches instead to the board. This section is subject to section 76 . s 75 ins 1997 No. 79 s 21 (sec.75-ssec.1) A member is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
