sec.54 Library facilities a function of local government
A local government may establish, maintain and conduct a library facility as a function of local government and the provisions of the Local Government Act 2009 , the City of Brisbane Act 2010 and any other Act or law shall apply and have effect accordingly. s 54 amd 2009 No. 17 s 331 sch 1 ; 2010 No. 23 s 352 sch 1
