sec.40B Superannuation schemes
The board may— establish and maintain, or amend, superannuation schemes; or join in establishing and maintaining, or amending, superannuation schemes; or take part in superannuation schemes. s 40B (prev s 19) ins 1997 No. 79 s 11 renum and reloc 2007 No. 20 s 18
