sec.40 Delegation by board
The board may, by resolution, delegate its powers to— a member; or a committee of members; or the State librarian; or an appropriately qualified employee of a department or another government entity performing work for the board under a work performance arrangement; or an appropriately qualified employee of the board. s 40 sub 1997 No. 79 s 16 amd 2007 No. 20 s 22
- (a) a member; or
- (b) a committee of members; or
