sec.32 Quorum
A quorum of the board shall consist of a majority of the total number of members for the time being holding office. A duly convened meeting of the board at which a quorum is present shall be competent to transact any business of the board and may perform the functions and exercise the powers of the board. s 32 amd 1997 No. 79 s 3 sch 1 (sec.32-ssec.1) A quorum of the board shall consist of a majority of the total number of members for the time being holding office.
