sec.13B State librarian is employee of the board
Despite section 13 — the State librarian is an employee of the board and not of the State; and subject to the conditions of the State librarian’s appointment, the board may enter into a contract of employment with the librarian. s 13B ins 2007 No. 53 s 8
- (a) the State librarian is an employee of the board and not of the State; and
- (b) subject to the conditions of the State librarian’s appointment, the board may enter into a contract of employment with the librarian.
