sec.13 Appointment of State librarian
There is to be a State librarian. The State librarian is to be appointed by the Governor in Council for the term, and on the conditions, stated in the instrument of appointment. The stated term must not be longer than 5 years. s 13 sub 1996 No. 37 s 147 sch 2 amd 1997 No. 79 ss 8 , 3 sch 1 ; 2007 No. 20 s 15 sub 2007 No. 53 s 8 (sec.13-ssec.1) There is to be a State librarian. (sec.13-ssec.2) The State librarian is to be appointed by the Governor in Council for the term, and on the conditions, stated in the instrument of appointment. (sec.13-ssec.3) The stated term must not be longer than 5 years.
