59 Ordered costs—transitional provision—the Act, Sch 9, cl 1
(1) The provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2004 and the Legal Profession Regulation 2005 relating to ordered costs continue to apply to a matter if the proceedings to which the costs relate commenced before 1 July 2015.
(2) The Act and this regulation do not apply to a matter referred to in subsection (1).
