51 Refund of application fee

For the Act, sections 85(2) and 93(1)(b)(i), in determining a party review application, a review panel may—

(a) order the refund of the application fee paid under the Act, section 83(3)(b) to the applicant, and

(b) determine another party to the review must pay the application fee.
