45 Definitions

In this division—

costs of the review mean the costs of the review panel, Manager and costs assessors who constitute the review panel referred to in the Act, section 88(1)(a) and (b).

Manager’s review application means an application by the Manager for a review of a costs assessor’s determination under the Act, section 84.

party review application means an application by a party to a costs assessment for the review of a costs assessor’s determination under the Act, section 83.
