For the Act, Schedule 2, clause 4(4), definition of court documentation, the following documents are prescribed—
(a) a document initiating an appeal or cross-appeal,
(b) an application for leave to appeal or cross-appeal,
(c) a defence to an appeal or cross-appeal,
(d) an amended document of a kind specified in paragraph (a), (b) or (c),
(e) a document amending a document of a kind specified in paragraph (a), (b) or (c).
