23 GST may be added to fixed costs
23 GST may be added to fixed costs
(1) For the Act, section 59(1), GST may be added to a cost fixed by this part (a fixed cost) if GST is payable for the legal or other service.
(2) If GST is added to a fixed cost, the increased cost is taken to be the fixed cost.
(3) In this section—
GST has the same meaning as in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth.
