13 Timing

(1) For an applicable period, a law practice must have the minimum amount specified in section 12(1)(a) on deposit in the Law Society account from the day that is 20 business days after the end of the last applicable period.

(2) If a repayment is made under the Act, section 47(1)(b) during the applicable period, a law practice must have the minimum amount specified in section 12(1)(b) on deposit in the Law Society account from the day that is 20 business days after the repayment is made.
