92 Lawyer to give notice of interstate orders
and
(b) an order is made under a corresponding law recommending that
the person’s name be removed from the local roll; and
(c) the person fails to give the registrar written notice of the order
in accordance with section 93 (2) not later than 7 days after the
day the person receives notice of the order.

(b) an order or decision is made under a corresponding law that—
(i) the person’s local practising certificate be suspended or
cancelled; or
(ii) a local practising certificate not be granted to the person
for a stated period; or
(iii) that conditions be imposed on the person’s local practising
written notice of the order or decision in accordance with section
93 (2) not later than 7 days after the day the person receives
notice of the order.
(3) Strict liability applies to subsection (1) (a) and subsection (2) (a).
